Recycle Bin is a container, which holds the files that are deleted from the system. Usually Recycle Bin is located on the desktop. There is a size limitation for the Recycle Bin, if deleted files exceed the size of the Recycle Bin then those deleted files will bypass from the Recycle Bin. Those deleted files will not move to Recycle Bin. If any file is deleted from system accidentally then that file can be restored from the Recycle Bin. If deleted files bypass from the Recycle bin then those deleted files cannot be restored from the Recycle Bin. In such situation, to perform Windows file recovery you should make use of good file recovery software.

However when files are deleted then content of those files will not get deleted permanently. The pointer, which was pointing to the file and file index, will get deleted and hence those files will become inaccessible. Those inaccessible files cannot be restored from the Recycle Bin. The content of those deleted files will remain in the same space and that content can be restored from the hard drive in the original location.

There are many scenarios, which leads to file loss from the system, which is running on Windows Operating System. If any file is deleted accidentally from the system using Windows Command prompt then that file will get deleted from the system. When file is deleted from the system using Shift + Delete keys combination then that deleted file will not move to Recycle Bin but content will remain in the same location until any other content is overwritten onto the deleted space. If the file system of hard drive gets corrupted then also file loss occurs from the system. If any file is deleted accidentally and immediately after accidental deletion, if Recycle Bin is emptied then file loss occurs from the system. Other common scenarios due to which file loss occurs from the system are improper system shutdown, defrag failure, power failure, etc. When files are deleted then if Recycle Bin is full then those deleted files will not move to Recycle Bin. Due to these scenarios, most of the time file loss occurs and need of making use of file recovery software arises.

When file loss occurs from the system then there is no need to worry regarding file recovery process, because you can make use of efficient data recovery software called Remo Recover (Windows) – Basic Edition software. The software has the capacity to recover files from memory cards, hard drives, external hard drives, etc. The software supports variety of Operating Systems like Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows Server 2003, and Windows Server 2008. You can download and install trial version of the software in your system to evaluate chances of recovery. Once you install the software in your system, the software will scan entire storage device and after scanning the storage device, it will recover lost or deleted files. You can purchase the software if you are satisfied with the recovery result.
